How does the Emerald Club service work?

Just signed up for Emerald Club, but I don't totally understand how it works...

Is Emerald Aisle service available at the Car Care Center?

They say you bypass the counter, but what does that mean? You pick out your car, and... what? Do you just show ID to someone and leave? Do they automatically charge your card on file? Or do you prepay when you reserve the car?

I don't believe there is Emerald Club service at the Car Care Center. At the airport, you just go out to the garage, pick a car from either the size row you reserved or the Emerald Aisle row if you booked it. You drive the car to the exit booth, where you hand them the hangtag from the car mirror, your license, credit card. They process the info and off you go. Your credit card is charged when you return the car.

Correct, the Emerald Aisle service (often called EA on the boards) is not available at Car Care Center. The only Orlando area location that has the service is the airport. At the Car Care Center, you will wait in line, get your paperwork and go to your car.
