I'm sure it's on here somewhere but...
Our reservation says second seating 8:30pm (wait list early seating). We are going on a 7 night easthern, on Magic.

What are the different times you CAN eat at?
What about lunch?
And I've seen APL and other acronyms...is this the restaurants? Please explain. Thanks.

Yep, APL is the restaurant code - A for Animator's Palate, P for Parrot Cay, and L for Lumiere's. It indicates which restaurant you're scheduled for each day for dinner.

For breakfast and lunch, your Navigator will tell you what's open / available - Topsiders always, and Lumiere's was open for ordering off the menu when we sailed on the Western in December. Of course you can get pizza, hot dogs, burgers, taco's, etc. from Deck 9 for much of the day.

AP = Animator's Palate
LUM - Lumiere's
PC = Parrot Cay

APL is a rotation Animator's, Lumiere's, Parrot Cay in that order. You can get any order.

You can eat at anytime. There is food everywhere and room service is 24 hours. You are assigned dining room times and that is when you show up for dinner in the dining rooms. You are not required to, but I wouldn't miss it. Animator's Palate is fun the first time you are in there - color changes, etc.

Lunch (and dinner and breakfast for that matter) you can have in Lumiere's or the Topsider's buffet. You decide. There are times that they serve breakfast and then switch to lunch and that is noted in your daily navigator that is in your room the night before.
