Since we have to bring our severely disabled daughter to WDW with us for our Honeymoon in May... we have now got 3 other family members travelling with us.
hence we will not get much "us" time, so since we are going to see Cirqu on our own one night, we thought about staying at BWV in a studio for one night as we are seriously looking into buying into DVC.
We'd need 11pts which I have already posted on the rent/trade board.... but how does it work? Do you have to make your own ressies? How do the CM's there know you have rented from another DVCer?
i just wanted to be informed!!!
thanks

Each renter sets his/her own terms.

Generally speaking, here is the process:

1. You agree on financial terms.
2. DVC member verifies room availability for your dates.
3. Some amount of money (deposit) changes hands.
4. Reservation is made by DVC member in YOUR name.
5. At some predetermined point in time, the remainder of the money changes hands.

The DVC member will receive a written confirmation of the reservation, which is typically forwarded to you.

At check-in, a drivers license should be adequate to prove your identity. No payment is required at the resort. All normal costs associated with the accommodation are covered by the DVC points. Normal add-on charges like telephone use, Internet, room service, etc. must still be paid at check-out.

Note that the occupancy limit for a DVC studio is Four individuals plus one child under the age of 3. If I read your post correctly, it sounds like you may be over that. You may have to look into getting two studios or a DVC Two Bedroom.
