How Does Price Fixe Work?

We are on the DDP. At Le Cellier can we order of either the regular menu or the Price Fixe menu or do we need to order specifically from one or the other?

You can order off either menu. Typically, the fixed-price menus allow regular DDP guests to get an appetizer course they otherwise wouldn't have access to, in exchange for ordering from a more limited menu.

For deluxe DDP guests, the fixed-price menu really doesn't make sense as it restricts options without providing any benefit.

Not sure what exactly you're asking, but I think it's whether your entire party must of from the same single menu? No. Some can order prix fixe, and others from the regular menu.

You can't substitute. Diners who choose the prix ride menu can select items from only that menu.
