how does one get rid of a tag?

But my tag references my ex bf, which doesn't really bother me but since i'm back at using the disboards on a more than daily basis, my new bf is bound to see it. And not that he would mind or care, but i don't want him seeing a constant reminder of my past. weird, i know.

anyway, long story short... how do you erase it? (My sincere apologies to the tag fairy or fairies, i did love my tag and just the fact that i had one. And I understand if you never see fit to tag me again)

Just make a change and it will erase the tag to whatever you type.

Go into your user cp and then into edit your details.

You can make your own, it's just won't be in color. My first tag, the scrolly one, was one I put on there myself when I first joined. My avatar then was Crush so my tag said Sweet! Totally! then I got tagged and then I accidentally reset my tags and begged the TF for help, which I got promptly and I was rewarded with the super cool scrolly tag. Just put whatever you want in that space and it will be there until you change it.
