We will be in Disney from 10/30-11/5 with our 2.5 year old son! We are so excited! Here is my sample so far:

10/30-Check in and relax after we arrive
10/31-Epcot Fast Pass Turtle Talk and the Seas with Nemo and meet Characters, Lunch after this and rest the go to MK at 4 for MNSSHP.
11/1-HS fast pass Toy Story Mania, and do Disney Junior Live and other rides AM, Beauty and the Beast Live PM dinner and rest.
11/2 AK- Fast Pass Festival of Lion King in the afternoon and triceratops spin. Visit Disney Springs after Dinner
11/3 MK All Day fast pass Pter Pan, Enchanted Tales with Belle and Monsters Inc ride. Have lunch at BOG and Dinner in the park. Stay later on this night.
11/4-Spend the day at whichever park our son likes best (I am planning MK because its so much to see) and have a pool afternoon.
11/5 Check out

I am planning some Character Meals in there. Wea re thinking Tusker House for breakfast on 11/2, Crystal Palace for Breakfast 11/1, and maybe another breakfast on 11/4. BOG will be 11/3 lunch or dinner. Then somewhere good for a character breakfast on 11/5 before checkout, I'm thinking maybe Hollywood and Vine?

10/30-Check in and relax after we arrive. Good idea - depending on when you arrive, we also like to head to Disney Springs for a bit and eat at Earl of Sandwich :)

10/31-Epcot Fast Pass Turtle Talk and the Seas with Nemo and meet Characters, Lunch after this and rest the go to MK at 4 for MNSSHP. Sounds great. MNSSHP is more expensive on this night - it may be also available on 11/1 for a little less.

11/1-HS fast pass Toy Story Mania, and do Disney Junior Live and other rides AM, Beauty and the Beast Live PM dinner and rest. - I would stick your Hollywood and Vine in here - because if you do it the last day, you will be paying Park Admission. Don't do Crystal Palace here as you are moving parks in the morning and you will lose precious morning hours, which have fewer crowds.

11/2 AK- Fast Pass Festival of Lion King in the afternoon and triceratops spin. Visit Disney Springs after Dinner. He would probably enjoy the affection station... maybe also FP+ K. Safari. Tusker House for Breakfast is also a great character meet. And if you get an early ADR - you can pretty much walk right on the Safari when the park opens and not have to use a FP.

11/3 MK All Day fast pass Pter Pan, Enchanted Tales with Belle and Monsters Inc ride. Have lunch at BOG and Dinner in the park. Stay later on this night. If you move your BOG to breakfast you can early ADR again and get in before park opening... or keep BOG at lunch and try Crystal Palace for Characters.

11/4-Spend the day at whichever park our son likes best (I am planning MK because its so much to see) and have a pool afternoon. Sounds amazing. :)

11/5 Check out - Cape May may be a good one for your check out day as it is not in a park.

Also - if he likes to dance, check out Mickey's Backyard BBQ - it is an AWESOME character experience! It doesn't run every night though - so if you have an early day planned to head in, you might move that to another day and plug in the BBQ.

Check out the forum on FP+ it listed the rides that are best served (wait time) with FP.

:)

Thanks! We really want to do breakfast at Crystal Palace because of Pooh :) are the characters there at night

Yes the Pooh characters are there all day. I agree with the PP. I would do a HS restaurant or Cape May on the day of HS. You can take a boat ride from Cape May to HS. You can do Crystal Palace on the day you are in MK. I would also do MK twice since it is so big.

Check out day we pick a hotel breakfast/lunch - Chef Mickeys, Cape May or Boma (not a character dining but you can see the animals).

Have fun -Enjoy!

No 11/1 party so I think you are stuck with the 31, high prices and all. I am assuming you are planning for some downtime that day (code: nap) if you plan on the party? Also, if you are late at the party (which may be dubious with a 2.5 YO), might want to plan for a late start the next day. Agree with moving CP to another day given your calendar so it's more convenient on a MK day. I'd also plan per your son -- does he just fade and is out of it by the end of the day? cranky around lunch because it's getting close to nap time? not a morning person already? Figure that out and for the character meals, I'd shoot for what time of day works best for him. I'd also be ready to ditch DS on the 2nd. I think the map looks great as long as you are flexible in the afternoon and evenings to accommodate your son's stamina.

He may be too young to really enjoy Enchanted Tales with Belle. You may want to FP Winnie the Pooh or another ride he would like.

Those are our dates too! My kids are older (4-9), so I'm leaning toward this, myself:

10/30 - Check in, explore Resort (AoA), dinner at Chef Mickey
10/31 - MK. We're not doing the party, and I think an early end to our first day will be nice.
11/01 - HS with a late start. I think I want to do Minnie's Halloween dinner at H&V, seems like it will be a fun thing.
11/02 - Epcot. Because I'm going to eat my way around WS. And it's my favorite. Hoping to get an early breakfast at Akershus.
11/03 - AK. Never been and I'm SO excited for it. Probably try to get a FP for an evening safari as well as hitting it first thing in the morning.
11/04 - MK. I figure starting and ending at MK is really best, but I'm totally flexible on this if the kids want to do something else.
11/05 - Ohana for breakfast. Our flight is late, so I MIGHT add another day to our ticket and hit a park for a few hours, otherwise, probably go stroll Disney Springs.

So we'll see you there.
