How does early EMH effect touring plans

We are planning on heading up (yes, up since we live in South Florida) for next weekend (May 14 and 15) and hitting HS and MK. On Sat, there are morning EMH hours at HS and on Sunday evening EMH at MK. I know the rule of thumb is to avoid the park that has EMH (we are not staying on site so the EMH are useless to us), but according to touringplan.com Saturday is supposed to be a 0.9 crowd level at HS and a 5.5 at MK and then Sunday is 1.9 at MK and 4.9 at HS. That is a HUGE difference. So I am looking for some feedback. How does EMH effect fast pass? For example is we got to HS for regular opening will the standby lines at Toy Story be huge already and the Fast Pass return time much later. Looking for some advice here. Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing that there is Fantasmic at HS on Sunday, hence the difference in the crowd level? Anyway, I would trust the crowd level, but keep checking it in case it changes. I think if you make it right at regular opening, your TSM FP return time shouldn't be too bad. The standby line might be up to 45-60 mins.

That is a huge difference, might be that they are accounting for Fantasmic only showing on certain days there. I'm not terribly sure how the FP will play out on morning EMH days, as I've never been to DHS on a morning EMH. Good luck though!
