I, for one, can't say enough nice things about Dan Murphy. I ditto everything else everyone has already said, and then some. He is absolutely one of the nicest, kindest, genuine persons I've ever met, even if it's only been through PMs and emails. You know on those polls where they ask which celebrity or president you'd ever want to meet or have lunch with? Well, the first person on my list would be Dan Murphy.

I have no idea how Dan Murphy does it. I've thought about it a couple of times when reading his posts. I think it does show what a great guy he is too.

And I got to talk to Dan for the first time yesterday. I was a little nervous at the time though and I was having a hard time thinking of anything to say. It's a good thing Dan puts you at ease otherwise I would have really been in trouble, lol.

As for December, I am looking at 11/30-12/10, Rose (Rose, right? ). Lynn, enjoy those old picture trip reports, I think they are history. And Keli, so nice to have talked with you Saturday, and Ashli too. Just wish Titus would have been there also.

We actually were talking about this at the meet this past weekend and Dan told us he starting counting just to see what kind of numbers he could come up with as to how many he knows here on the DIS.

He said he stopped counting after 400+. I think it's a LOT more than that. As I said myself talking to DD the other day also, Dan is like a 'Grandpa' to her, and a treasured family member to a lot of people here.
