How does a reservation work for friends

Hey all,

I booked a two night stay for my best friends family to visit for 2 days and I am wondering if this is allowed. If so what do I have to do to set them up?un fortunately I won't be there. I. Made a reservation for them On the member website and added their names to the ressy. They also want to add tickets on. Please let me know a way to make this a memorable trip.

You or they have to buy tickets from Disney or an authorized Disney ticket reseller.

You don't have to be on the reservation and booking for a guest is allowed and done everyday. If they need DME or the DDP, you will need to make those reservations also. They can make their own ADR's.

Any damage to the unit or unpaid room charges are your responsibility.

Thank you. The most important thing is that they can call up and add their park tickets and call to do that. I asked and they will be driving up from southern Florida. It is my godsons first visit and I thought I would upgrade them from value resort to deluxe savanna view.

I did this for some friends last year and I believe that I got them to give me the cc info they wanted to use and I did it all for them through MS. They made their own dining reservations but I did everything else. Dining plan, tix, room....

No. That group has no access to DVC reservations.

Just tell them to either buy tickets at check in or to buy them in advance from an authorized Disney ticket seller.

If they buy at check in, the tickets will go on their KTTW card.

If they give unused tickets they bought elsewhere to the CM at check in, those too can be added to the KTTW cards.
