How do you update Pal Mickey?

Lita - Please read the post I made just before yours - -

That was a "limited time" offer when the new Pal was released and I am SURE it is no longer in effect. I posted that info FEBRUARY of LAST YEAR. The early bird gets the worm . . or Pal as it were.
