How do you think they're looking for a new naturalist at HHI?

Because just for fun, I went to Disney Careers and typed in all the possibilities I could think of that might describe that position. No luck (Gee, and my resume was ready too). So do you think Disney is just looking "within"? And it makes me wonder in general, does this probably mean that they don't advertise for some positions-they just hire from within?

I think they just hire the first applicant that walks in without any clothes on.

I found out the old-fashioned way -- talked to the new head of the Recreation Department at HH when we were there a few weeks ago....

He said that the was interviewing a few people over the next few weeks. I don't know how he found them to interview them in the first place, but he was very concerned about finding the "right" person and having him or her up-to-speed before the summer busy season.

Christopher had such a following at the resort. He will be a tough act to follow.

If it's that much of a specialized field, they probably use a headhunter, like any other company.

they probably also have a relationship with the colleges in that area with the type of degree they want.

We're not going until the fall--but I am sure hoping they have the new Naturalist by then!
