I find that one of my problems is that I eat on the go. I don't have time to slice veggies when i'm running out the door. So my plan is to slice a few days worth so instead of grabbing junk, I can grab some veggies. Whats the best way to store them? I was going to get a plastic storage container for each veggi (especially greeen peppers) but will the air tightness make them slimmy? Am I better off storing them in plastic baggies? Please help. tIA

I store them in little ziplocks and take dip in a little tupperware . They are always just fine for about 4 days if you keep them in the fridge. I also put a large can of the better quality mixed nuts in my van. When i'm starving I have about 10 nuts. It keeps me under control. Good luck!

I use the ziplok snack bags. They keep the veggie fresh and you can't exceed your portion, either.
