So I am always soooo good on a new diet/exercise regimen for the first week or two and then I lose focus and end up falling off the wagon. It's been almost 3 weeks (started on January 1 with the rest of the world give or take...
) and I can see myself losing focus a bit. I haven't had a lot of "bad" days, but today was definitely an 1800 calorie day..possibly 2000. I will try to be better tomorrow, but it's just hard to stay motivated, especially on the weekends!
I keep thinking..I want to be in my cute, one size down pants by spring..but that doesn't always work for motivation!
