How do you stay at the Poly?

we only book a deluxe when there is a 30-40% discount for the room as well and i don't stay at one during the regular, peak, or holiday season as that boosts up the costs. i do this even if i'm just going with one other person and to be honest even if i'm booking a value or moderate i try to only book with some form of room discount. i don't get to attached to any one resort although i like some better than others for different reasons. we did a party of 5 adults and a 3 year old at the poly (it was my granddaughters first trip and her 3rd birthday). we stayed in the king kamehameha suite but we had a discount and it was the end of january that year (value season). we ate breakfast in the room and only did a few sit down dinners that trip. if you're looking for a fun place to stay with that size of a group consider the treehouse villas at ssr. the rooms are set up to give everybody a little privacy, there's a full kitchen as well as an outdoor grill. we went with 6 adults and my granddaughter and had a great stay.

We stayed there last year for 4 nights using a room only PIN discount! (Either 30 or 40%...can't remember!) We had done a split stay and started in a family suite.

Honestly...I didn't think the rooms were all that great. We MUCH preferred the suite at ASMu. The resort grounds were GORGEOUS and my kids had a blast and the beach and pool. Overall, I'm glad we tried it, but don't feel like I will ever want to stay there again.
