According to the BMI charts and weight charts, I am the right size, but I'd prefer to lose about 15 more pounds. Like the PP said, I am just not quite comfortable in my own skin. 10 months ago, I was 60 pounds heavier. So maybe I still see myself as the fat girl. However, It's so nice to look at the charts and not see that I fall into the "obese" category anymore.

BTW, I am 29 years old, am 5'5" and weigh 140. I started out at 200 pounds in April 2005.

Congratulations on your weight loss! I'm a little taller and about 50 lbs heavier than you, and would love to get down to 150. It's a 2 steps forward, 1 step back process for me.

I'm 5'7'' and I could stand to lose 115 lbs. I'm curvy though, and I will never look 'rail thin'

I do plan to start losing weight though. I can cut out sugar, soda, and eat salads, and walk an extra few miles a day. I've done it before. I can do it again. :)

Hmmm, my BMI is 25.1 and I feel very overweight. I have a very slender frame and would like to lose 30 pounds - 20 to get back to pre-pregnancy and then another 10. I haven't lost much weight since right after the baby was born though. I think I'm one of those women who don't lose weight until they stop breastfeeding.

My BMI is 23, but I'm trying to lose a few pounds.

6'3" 280. I have lost about 30 pounds over the last few years. I am still way overweight IMO. I would love to get down to 210. That's about what I weighed in HS.

I look at food and gain weight. DW (that's her in the first pic below) can eat like a lumberjack and never gain an ounce. No fair!

Thanks! I used Nutrisystem. I feel so much better with the weight gone. It was worth every penny I spent on the program. Good luck to you!

Hello!!!!!   I hope you meant to say that you could stand to lose FIFTEEN pounds, not ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN.. there would be nothing left of you but your hair!!!!!!!!!

My BMI is 20.6. My weight has virtually nothing to do with self control or proper diet--I can eat pretty much what I want without gaining weight (I did gain about 15 pounds right after I turned 40, but lost it effortlessly when I started getting acupuncture--it was very interesting!)

I'm just right for my size. I'm 28 and I'm 5'9 and weight in the range of 135 - 140 depending on what I ate. Most people look at me and think I weigh alot less.

Ive been maintaining right where the doctor told me to stay (after loosing 45lbs) since 2003.
5'3" 120lbs

Average I guess. 22.8 BMI. Though I would still like to lose 5 lbs in my thighs. I exercise daily and the thighs won't budge.
