How do you spell this word? Regarding Homeland Security process

Last night I was watching CSPAN regarding Congresses questioning of witnesses for the process to investigate DPW taking over port management in the US. They kept mentioning a word "Sephorus process" or something like that. It must have been the name of the group of people who do this type of investigating? Does anyone know the correct spelling of this word?
I should have turned on the captioning to my television to see if the spelling would pop up.

I believe the word you are hearing is CFIUS - the Committee on Foreign Investments in the Unitus Status.
