How do you save on Keuring K cups?

I was "gifted" a slightly used Keuring coffee maker, and I am loving it! I also recieved an assortment of coffees, that I am enjoying trying out. I also see how expensive the k cups cost! Yikes! I told my husband that I know they aren't cheap, but that these are MY little treats, so I would like to continue using the Keuring. My question to you savy shoppers, is how do you save on them? I saw only a few varities at Walmart, and they were no cheaper than the large varieties at Bed Bath and Beyond. Do I wait for a B.B.&B. coupon, and use that? What have you done to make it more afforable? I am finding some great flavors!

I order from a coffee service. It is $12 per box (the price just went up from $11.40 this month). All varieties are the same price. Delivery is $4.95 regardless of how much or how little you buy.

Instead of the Kcups, we use the My K Cup...the reusable filter you can fill with your own coffee.

We buy Dunkin Donuts ground coffee from the store and just use that instead of individual kcups. :)

I had trouble with grounds getting in the coffee using the MY K Cup. I was really disappointed.
We buy boxes of 50 from Amazon for around $25. Makes each one about .50 cents.

Try to take advantage of sales with an extra percentage off like the ones they have at Kohl's. Also, use sites like fatwallet and slick deals -- just use their search feature and put in Keurig, k-cup, etc...any word you can think of that would apply, because if there's a great deal out there, someone is going to post it on one or both or those sites. :thumbsup2

I have to admit....I'm getting kinda cheap! If it's just myself during the day.....I use the Keurig to boil the water.....and then use the Folger's singles. I am not much of an instant coffee girl....but the singles are actually really good.

You can take a used k-cup, place your fingers over the holes top and bottom, give it a shake to mix up the grounds, and re-use it a second time. Just wait until it cools off first. The way the water goes through the k-cup leaves a lot of grounds that don't acutally get wet the first time.

Personally, I prefer using the re-fillable k-cup with Dunkin' Donuts coffee.

kohls on sale plus 30% off is the absolute cheapest
i do it online with free shipping so i'm not tempted to do any other shopping!

We buy coffee from Sam's Club. It's $33 for a box of 80 kcups. It isn't super cheap but it's a little cheaper than the smaller boxes. The problem is there is only variety offered at a time. I still go to BBandB to get different kinds. We love French Roast and Donut Shop.

Yup, Kohls with the 30% of plus the additional $10 coupon after purchasing $50 is what I always do. I stock up.

If I couldn't do the Kohl's deal, Sams is a good price and much easier.

I am pretty frugal, but I feel that the .39 or so cents a cup is a bargain because it tastes so good and is very easy. If I drank coffee all day long I would find another way of getting my fix!

After using my machine for a lil over a year now and trying various places to purchase my k-cups from BJ's warehouse to kmart, walmart and my local IGA paying varying prices all averageing out to about 50 cents a cup , this past Sunday I bought the my K cup reusable I have switched to Decaf and it seems to be hard at times to find the stronger blends in k-cups I find it is really not too much of a pain to use my own coffee and I am now getting a nice strong cup each time.

The first time I use it I did not tighten the cap correctly and had grounds in my cup but since then it has worked purfectly :)

We buy ours at bigcatcoffees.com. It comes to about 46/47 cents a cup with free shipping on $49. Also get them at Kohl's with coupon.

Another good deal to watch for is when Penney's or Macy's puts out $10 off $25 coupons. Usually the K-cups are on sale for $9.99 a box, so I'll buy 3 and pay $20, which works out to .37 a K-cup. Both stores put out a bunch of those coupons during the holidays, I stocked up and still have enough for another month or 2.

Slightly cheaper at Walmart or Publix. Still paying about .50 a cup, but that's better than $5 at Starbucks! BJs carries it too, about $35 for 80 cups.

You can order on their website, it's usually free shipping if you order a certain $$ amount. It works out to +.03 difference from Walmart if you do it that way (free ship).

When we had the old coffee maker, I would do a pot of coffee a day (along with the sweet yummy creamers). Now, I only do 1-2 cups a day. I've dropped 2 pounds in a month (with no other change in my lifestyle) just by cutting back on the coffee and sodas.

I have noticed that the stores (Kohl's, Penny's type around here) now have their sale price at $10.99. Wah.

Kohls. Wait for the sale and when the have the % off coupons. Usually it is 10.99 per box on sale. Then Search for the 30% off code on-line. I always find it. Many times at the same time they have $10 in kohls cash for every $50 you spend. Call all your friends that have keurig's and take orders. I ususally go in with a few friends because once you spend $75 shipping is free. I think it comes out to about $7.60 for a box of $18 but then you also get the kohls cash to spend.

Costco has boxes of 80 Kcups for around $33. The problem again is selection. Our local store carries Donut shop (by coffee people) and Newman's Own Extra bold. I agree Kohls is best for selection/price.

The best deals I have found are at BB&B, using the 20 percent off coupon. However, the best selection is at Keurig.com. I order some from there, and buy the rest at BB&B.
