I booked a stay at RPR online for my sister and when she got the confirmation, she said that it said "1 adult". How can I retrieve the confirmation online to change it? I know that I can call, but I also know that sometimes the customer service reps don't want to, or can't do anything about online ressies. When I log onto Loews or UniversalOrlando websites, there is no place to "retrieve" a reservation. Any suggestions?
