How do you reserve a water park?

Blizzard Beach is to open on March 7 but I haven't seen where you reserve your water park day. How is WDW handling capacity at a water park?

I'd hate for someone to go through a bunch of planning and selecting theme park days and leave an open day or 2 to go to the water park and not be able to because of capacity limits.

Right now you just have to buy a ticket or add a water park option to a package.
