how do you record/keep track of calories/fat/sodium ?

Any suggestions? How do you keep your food log?
Im used to recording what I eat; have never tracked my sodium/fat intake though.
 
I use Fitday as well...works wonders and very easy to use!! :):)

Actually, I use the search button a lot. It is amazing how many items are there. I will sometimes choose a close match, but not often. I just checked and I have 22 items llisted in my custom foods. . . and that's for 3 months (an average of 2 a week) Not too shabby!
