How do you pronounce "Lawyer"?

Help settle a question for my DH and I. Do you pronounce Lawyer Law-yer or Loi-er? Another way? Poll coming...

Yes, I'm fortunate that during the 8 years I was in NJ my accent didn't stick out too much!
