On it's own, I would definitely pronounce it just like four/fore. I would say "I need these for class tomorrow." or "These are for your sister."
However, I do tend to slur it to "fer" in certain situations like "These are two fer a dollar."

I don’t know. My family has been in Texas for generations and it’s fore/four for us.I really hate my self for it but I find myself saying fer a lot of the time. I don't even realize it. But I assume it is a by product of living in Texas pretty much my entire life![]()
