How do you prepare scrambled eggs?

I add a tablespoon or two of milk, depending on how many eggs. A pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper and beat with a fork. Then cook them in a tiny amount of butter just until firm, NOT brown. We always have cheese on hand, so I will sometimes add that after they are done, over the top. :)

For me, I just scramble the eggs and cook. MIL adds milk and I don't really like them. I'm not sure why you would add milk. It just dilutes them.

Me too but that is because I am cutting fat and calories.

I bought the Copper Chef pans so I am no longer adding any butter or oil either. Toast is dry now.

2 eggs whipped in a bowl with a dash of Tony Chachere's and about a tablespoon of milk, half and half, or heavy whipping cream. Cooked in a teaspoon of coconut oil until just firm , then topped with a few dashes of Tabasco

Crack eggs in a bowl, add a splash of milk, salt, and pepper, beat with a fork, pour into small iron skillet. Add cheese sometimes, spinach if we have it, stir constantly while they cook with a spatula.

I pretty much do them by Alton Brown's method, only using cooking spray instead of butter. I season them with seasoned salt. My go to breakfast is just 2 scrambled eggs. Yum!

I like grated cheese on them as well; sharper the better. :)

I just let my chef figure that stuff out.

I suspect she prefers the title "wife" instead of "chef" but I could be wrong. I mean, I rarely am but stranger things have been known to happen! ;)

As for me, I either simply scramble them or I sometimes add shredded cheese to it and then scramble it. Unlike GDD here, I have no personal chef to do such mundane tasks as this. Sigh... :(

Eggs, milk, salt and pepper, cooked in butter in a frying pan.

Sometimes if I don't feel like dirtying a pan, I'll cook them in the microwave - usually if I'm just making them for myself. Cook for a minute, then stir, then cook for another 40 seconds or so, right in the bowl (spray with Pam first for easier cleaning). Sounds gross but they come out pretty good. :)

No, he actually prefers to be called a chef.

eggs, squirt of yellow mustard, splash of water, black pepper. scramble with fork, cook in butter till just before hard.

I crack them into a bowl, whisk them, add a little bit of milk and salt and pepper, and whisk them again, then I scramble them over a little bit of melted butter. I usually take the pan off the heat as soon as there are no more liquid parts, and they always come out moist and fluffy.

One would add a little bit of whole milk to make them more fluffy. If you have skim, don't bother. It will do nothing for them. Note that no milk should be added to eggs in an omelette. It's not supposed to be fluffy.
