How do you prepare for Disneyland/

Thanks everyone for all your suggestions. I have been walking im up to a mile a day thanks to my daughter. I see to lack in motivation. Im trying to figure out what combo of shoes hurt my PF the least. The standing in line is going to be the worst for me unfortunately.
For my PF, I've had great luck with Sketchers, and now a certain type of Nikes. There's a "memory foam insole" in one pair of my Nikes that makes walking so much nicer! I trade out shoes every time I go by locker--so, basically each time I park hop, about 2-3 times a day.

What surprised me the most was that we walked 12+ miles in a day, but I didn't do much cardio training. You'll walk some, then stop some, then walk some more, and wait some more. So I didn't need to build up a cardio endurance as much as muscle endurance--I wasn't needing speed or walking for long amounts, but my legs needed the training to hold my fluffy self up for all those hours. Walking between rides, generally, wasn't tough. It was, as others have said, the standing/shuffling in line that was tougher on my legs!

That's actually really good advice - no matter how good your shoes are, change them. Different shoes support you in different ways, and I noticed last year that, wearing the same pair of shoes all day made for aches and pains that wearing the same shoes half the time and switching them with another pair for the other half did not.
