how do you post a photo to a thread?

How do I post a photo here...I thought you would just click insert image when you were creating a post but it is acking my for a URL?...I 'm used to browsing for the file when I post other areas like email. Computer illiterate here...sorry

I create a photobucket account. Upload the photo to photobucket, then insert the url from the image to the dis post.

Disboards doesn't host photos so they must be on the web somewhere- as someone mentioned above photobucket works but so would any other online spot that hosts photos/files.
