How do you plan ADRs when you don't know park operating hours

How do you plan your ADRs 180 days out if Disney only release the park operating hours and extra magic hours 90 days in advance ???

From what I understand Disney will be also be releasing the park hours 180 days out when the ADR's change to 180 days out later this month.

Thats correct.

Effective October 27th, theme park hours will be released 180 days in advance.

90 days was more than enough for me.

When the ADR system reverts to the 180 day window, the park hours will also be made available. It's worth remembering that Disney often amends operating hours after publication.
