How do you pay for gratuities on the DDP?

This upcoming trip (leaving on Nov 29) will be the first time I've used the dining plan. I'm wondering how most people pay for the gratuity? Cash left on the table? Charged to your KTTW? What works best... what is the easiest? I'm trying to figure out last minute things, including how much US cash to bring with me and I thought about gratuites at meals. TIA

Unfortunately the Restaurant Board has had to prohibit discussion of the topic of gratuities on the main boards. All tipping discussion takes place on the tipping information sticky thread:

Point 6 of the FAQ in the first post will tell you the methods accepted for paying tips, and these are accepted whether you are OOP or on the dining plan.
