How do you pass the time between cruises?

We just got back from our first-ever Disney cruise and now we're addicted! Other than planning your next one, what ways have you found to continue to bask in the magic of cruising? I'm jonesing pretty bad and it doesn't look likely we'll be able to sail again until next spring at the earliest.

Yeah our length of time between our first and second cruise will be almost 10 years, because life.

I have my souvenir drink of the day glass from 2014, and when I want to pretend I'm somewhere warm and tropical, I use that.

I don't know if there's really any answer other than planning the next one 🤣
I watch youtube vlogs, look at my photos/videos from previous cruises, keep up with these boards and other Disney media/blogs, but it just seems to make the itch worse.
My wife always says I'm planning the next vacation while I'm on vacation.

I focus on living my life in the moment and not spending my time focused on what I'm not doing.

And working to be able to pay for the next one.

I binge youtube vlogs of disney cruises. My husband cottoned on the other day as I was watching one and said “You say you need the TV to do vacation planning, but you know everything about the ships by now so I think this is just an excuse for you to daydream about being on disney cruise.” Yes yes it is.

We go on other (usually cheaper) trips. To be honest I feel this way about almost all our trips - it's becoming a real problem now that we are in our 40s! I can't keep doing repeats but more often than not we have such a good time, we want to do it all over again! I also hang out on the disboards to keep up on new things, listen to podcasts and theme park soundtracks and go over our photos. We choose our favorites and add them to the wallpaper folder for our TV - we have a mac mini as our media server. I actually have to be careful with this - if I do to much pining it does make the waiting harder. I find it is easiest to just get on with real life as @Dug720 said and just indulge with a Disney fix of music and reports here and there.

Disboards and cruisecritic mostly. Countdowns and planning the next one. We've been fortunate enough to have had a next one already on the books each time we've cruised so it softens the debarkation blow. However, DH is really pushing a land based trip since our last 5 vacations have been cruising so I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to get away with that much longer.

We just took our first DCL cruise last month too and we are addicted! I try to pass the time by looking at this forum and pricing out future cruises! 😀😎😅

Besides spending time here living vicariously through everyone else, in the summer you will often find me sitting by my pool with my DCL glass (plastic) sipping on my favorite DCL drink. Lays BBQ chips, along with a Tropical Depression make me feel like I'm sitting outside the Heads Up Bar on CC or at the Cove bar (back when you could get the chips at Flos).

I stalk the website for the drop of VGT rates to justify booking just one more sailing.

There is more to life, yes, but I assume we are having fun, tongue in cheek.

I talked my husband into going on DCL trips more often so we are going to try to go once every 1-2 years now. So my time between will be planning the next one or saving for it! I hang out a lot in DCL groups on FB, cruise specific groups, here, harassing my husband about cruising, etc.

Plus we have been throwing in some girls trips recently on non Disney cruise lines as well
