I was thinking that there was a DVC number to call for this. However, I thought it was only open M-F. My 180 + 10 day is a Sunday. Do I need to call direct to the ADR number for this? Thanks!

MS is also open on Saturday from 1-5. But if you want to call for dining reservations on Sunday, you will need to call WDW-DINE. You could probably wait till Monday if you really want to do it thru MS.

There use to be a 800 number for the dining line but it has been disconnected. If there is a new 800 number I do not know it. I get free long distance so I use the 407 number. Call 1-407-Wdisney. If you are calling 180 days +10 you will need your confirmation number for the property you are staying at.

I have never had DVC MS make my ADR's-their staff never have the info the Dining services has.

I have never needed my reservation #, I mention DVC/OKW and they make the reservation (I keep the Confirmation # on the Outlook calender I make for our vacations).

I have called Dining all hours of the day and night-7 days a week.

In the past, I've always called Disney Dining to make our reservations but the last week or two as I've called MS to check on a waitlist (the website is still not working for me), I've asked for help with dining as well. The CMs have been quite knowledgeable. I've been pleasantly surprised and will not hesitate to use that service again.

I don't think WDW actually had an 800 number for any guest to call. I think they had one for a specific group, ala Travel Agents, and someone started to pass it around. Voila, disconnected.

this year when I booked our family group of 8 at the 180 + 10 days, the CM asked me for the reservation number. I had to get it for her to go any further with the call.

The 800 number I am referring to is the one that The Disney Club published with their literature. It had nothing to do with being a travel agent. Now, I did see one get listed on the disboards, I did not compare the two to see if they happened to be the same. There was another one listed a few weeks ago, but I did not write it down, I have free long distance so it really doesn't concern me. I love explaining myself on these Threads.

I have used MS and they have alway been informative and I wouldn't hesitate to have them made my ADRs again (and soon!)

I always use 407-WDW-DINE. Trying to keep our dues for MS as low as possible! :thumbsup2 (Besides the hours are more convenient.)

By reading this I am guessing that DVC members can make ADRs further out than a regular guest? 10 days earlier? Does that same rule apply to Disneyland guests? At Disneyland you can only make ADRs 60 days out, so any extra early days would be helpful. I'll be there on cash, not points.

There is a new toll free number posted on the resorts board, 1-877-939-3732, however some people are saying that this number was intended for travel agents. I haven't tried it. The old number was still available in October when I made my adrs.
