heinz 57 and french fried potatoes
big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer
well Good God Almighty which way do I steer?
for my
cheeseburger in paradise

how do you like yours?

Some leaves of crisp green lettuce,
And oh-so-fresh swiss cheese,
Thick bermuda onion slices
And a tad of ketchup please.

The burger must be medium-well,
No red or feminine pink,
A frosted glass of iced tea
Steaming cold for me to drink.

An ear or two of just-picked corn,
Salt-butter of my heaven,
Let's not forget the napkins, friend,
I think I'll need eleven,

I need them not to merely rhyme
Within my verse so true,
But cleanliness has its own rewards
Like no colds or coughs or flu.

So eat your burger, eat your burger,

Then head over to the shrimp plate
