How do you like your steak cooked?

medium rare, nicely cooked on outside but warm and red in middle-yum. I've also gotten to really like the flatiron steak--it has a nice (for want of a better word) beefy taste.

Has anyone on here ever had a Kobe steak?

I had it once, we went out for my birthday with friends. It WAS AMAZING! It was like cutting butter. I didnt even need a knife! If it wasnt 110 for a 10 ounce steak, I would have it again in a heartbeat~!

I like it medium. I think the ribeye has the best flavor, but I love the texture of the filet. The porterhouse is the best of both world's because you get a ribeye on one side and a filet on the other, but they are usually expensive because they are so big.

Medium rare, but most restaurants (unless they're a high class steak place) overcook, so I usually tell them 'walking around and lowing'. I don't mind bloody, but it must be warm through, so blue is not for me.

Favorite cut is the New York Strip. I was basically raised on it.
