How do you like your Crab Cakes?

My DH loves the crab cakes from G&M's in Lithicum MD...they are baked, with huge pieces of crab, and a good dose of horseradish as the seasoning. I like the baked part, and of course the big crab chunks, but I'm not wow'ed by the horseradish.
How do you like yours?

I never tried them with horseradish, but hot sauce is really good. Of course an ice cold Bass Ale helps also.

I knew there was a way to improve on the cold beer theory

All crab and as little binding as possible. Also, not much seasoning.

That's how I think I'd like them too...DH only likes to get them at G&M's so I've never had them any other way.

I have to say I almost needed a new keyboard and monitor when I went to the forum page and scrolled down to the Cb and all it said was "How do you like your crab"

I like them pan fried in butter. Tried oil once to reduce the fat content a bit, but they just were not the same. Oh yeah, chunks of crab, hot sauce and cold beer for me as well.

I like Deviled Crab, like they serve on the Carolina Coast. Same crabmeat stuffing, but served in the shell, hopefully w/ a side of some sort of mayo-based sauce.

Deviled Crabs are great! Crab cakes.....I like 'em really crabby!
