How do you like your (beef) Steak cooked?

I used to eat it only well done, but then I realized it had no flavor.

My friend's brother used to order his steak, "Just scare it with a match!"

I prefer my steak medium...

A good friend of mine would order his by saying "I would like it still mooing at me". I never understood how he could eat it like that, and still don't to this day! Everyone has their own tastes, though....

Rare here no matter if it is a T bone NY strip or Filet. I also like my Prime Rib rare and Yorkshire pudding is great especially if my grandma is making it.
