I love prime rib and love it to mooooooooo back......also love sirloin tips and rare......and london broil on the grill and want that to moo too........
Just a tip though...the restaurant I worked at in college (nationwide steak place) used to have different levels of their filets. If you order filet medium or rarer, you get a better cut of filet. If you order medium well or doner , its not going to be as nice b/c they are cooking it longer (and then it doesn't matter much).
RARE! Warm on the outside and a little chilly inside! I like a nice tender porterhouse.......... prime rib...... filet mignon.... really about anything.....even cheaper cuts are good marinated!
I like a steak that stolls by the flame, Just enough to warm it up (med rare) I like prime rib or a rib eye, but will eat any cut because I really like steak!!
Well-done with no pink. But I might still eat it if the room is dark and the steak is just the tiniest bit pink. But with hamburgers - no way. It has to be brown all the way through.
