How do you get the ME service?

Hi! Probably a stupid question, but I'll ask it anyways! How do you get signed up for DME? I've already made my room reservation, but nothing was mentioned at all about Magical Express. Do I need to call back and specifically ask for it? Have it put on my room reservation or something?

Call at least 10 days in advance, preferably 21 days in advance, be prepared to give your arrival date and flight number.

Ask for the name of the person you talked to and aslo ask for a written confirmation.
