How do you get the first bus to PC?

We are planning to be at the MCO check-in counter when it opens. Is there anything else we need to do to get on the first bus? Do we need to wait in a line, or do they assign you to a bus based on when you check in?

AFAIK, you are assigned to the busses first-come, first-served. So the first XXX number of people in line will be assigned to the first bus, the next XXX people get bus #2, and so on.
