How do you get loan to flip homes

DH laughs at me as I yell at the screen! Me - " what about the Realtor? Do you think they work for free? What about taxes? Carrying costs like Electric, gas, oil - ARGH!!"

Then he asks - why do you watch - and I say, because I love it!!

I actually really enjoyed the first season of Flip This House - with Richard and Ginger and such. But they WERE the realtors and had the contractors and knew EXACTLY what they were doing (most of the time!!) I was really peeved when the second season opened with some San Antonio couples. I want Ginger back!

Me too. I really can't stand the people from Atlanta (I think). They don't seem to know much at all.

I like Richard and Ginger best--especially when he tells her "You've gotten yourself into this mess, now figure out how to fix it." He actually seems like a pretty fair boss, although I'd be soooo frustrated working for him! Ginger cracks me up walking around those decrepit houses in high heels, and the one with the mice running across the floor... :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I also like the two couples in Texas. The brothers and SIL's. Those wives are going to bea ttheir husbands silly one of these days with som of the stuff they get conned into doing--like the house with the bee's. :rotfl:

The Atlanta couple, if that wife doesn't have her baby soon I'm going to pop that belly with a pin! :rotfl2: Holy Moly she's preggars! I agree that I think they take a lot of risk without really thinking about the long term with some of their houses. They've gotten lucky...so far. The one house that they added the recording studio, man they were lucky that dawg bought or they would have been screwed. Especially because they loaded it with equipment without having a CLUE on what they were buying, and a lot of people wouldn't have wanted the gear they installed.
