How do you get inspired??

Question for any scrapbookers whether you scrap the regular way or digital.

How do you get inspired? I have tons of pictures from July cute paper and I am so not feeling it. I have had these pictures printed forever. Unfornately not disney but they are of adorable girls.

I look at places like two peas and other scrapbooking sites. I also check out library books for ideas. I think I look at just about every link people list here. Page maps came from SusieStone recently.

I often take a theme from the picture. Are they at the beach, the park, a birthday party? Sometimes, I don't fight the obvious, even if I want to go with something more elaborate.

Another good inspiration is to not worry about the pics but just make the pages the way you want them and then leave blank spaces for the pics. Let the paper move you!

If all else fails, go buy the premade pages, get the pics on them and move on to something else. If you let them weigh on you, you will never get it done and just get more behind. On my last all day crop, I got tired near the end and I just tossed some pics on the premade pages. It looked fine and I got over the hump.

It probably won't help you, but challenges offered at various digital scrapping sites with posting gifts helps motivates me. Since I've started doing them, my numbers have gone through the roof!
