VIP pass?
What are they, what access do you have with one and how do I get one?

I have seen people in the parks with them and was wondering---do I want one???

Thanks:wave2:

They have a program that allows a group of up to 15 people . To be escorted by a guide to certain rides through out the park. It is a type of tour. The tour cost about 120 dollars per person. or 1500 dollars per group. If I remember right it was called a VIP tour. Maybe these are some of the people that you have seen wearing badges.

If this is the case you are much better of and cheaper to stay on site and get fotl.

If it is something else I have no clue. Maybe DM could give you better info on this. He is always lurking out there somethere.

Are you sure you don;t mean an Express Plus pass?

Or are you talking about a different kind?

Sometimes, US will give a special needs child/family a VIP card that is different from the one that you buy. It is good for all the shows and rides with front of the line access. It's usually given to very ill children who are not traveling through make a wish.

I think they are talking about the VIP tour and this is the only way to get a true FOTL pass. It does coast 120 just like you said. You will be escorted to each attraction and show and put on the ride through a back door.

Thanks for your replies....

It is not a disabled pass or an express pass plus.....

I saw people on my last visit this past May with" VIP" on a lanyard. The pass was printed in black and white. There was a group and they did go to the FOTL...so maybe that's it!

We are already staying on-site at the PBH, so we get FOTL. We have been a bunch of times already, just wondering if this was a behind the scenes kind of thing that I have been reading about.

Has anyone ever done that tour? Is it any fun?

Thanks Again :wave2:

My daughter and I did both the IOA VIP tour and the US VIP tour. We did the tours on July 3rd & 4th 2003. The tours were great. We were given VIP lanyards. When the tour was over, we were able to use the VIP lanyards for the rest of the day for Express to all of the rides. Here's a link to my VIP tour trip report: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=401324

This year, I'm going with one of my other daughters. We're going to do the 2 park VIP tour on July 4th. I can hardly wait!!

The VIP tour gives you the lanyards. They entitle you to discounts in the park, and make very nice souvenirs.

The prices range from 100 per person plus depending on what time of year you visit and what kind of tour you take.

For more information, I highly recommend you call 407-363-8295.

They will be happy to give you more information.
