How do you do codes Online on disney site?

I have been plugging in my "room-only" dates for AKL on the disney site and keep getting the same price

How do you apply any new codes?

Or does it have to be called-in to CRO?

The rates are usually not on the Disney website right away, generally they go up about a week after they are released.
