How do you display your Lime Green Mickeys?

I am planning on picking up some lime green mickeys from Home Depot this week. What do you do with yours? How do you display them to connect to other DISers?

What we did with ours was...
Made DIS name tags~

Wrote the persons name in the middle of the head; decorated the ears with stickers and drawings; used the self stick laminate paper to coat them, punched a hole and tied pretty curling ribbon to the bottom (the guys refused the ribbon part but did wear the pin) then glued a pin back (buy a pkg. at any craft store) and pinned them on. We wore them to the parks in hopes someone from the Dis would see us but to no avail

We still enjoyed wearing them though and others commented how cute they were~

we put ours on the door and have a sheet of paper on the door by the mickeys saying "put your name if your a diser! have a magical day!" and we usually get some names that i reconize on here!

Me and "the Other" made nametags to put on our bags during flying and then will attach one to the in-park bag we're bringing (as if the multi-green bag wasn't enough )

The LGMH is actually two Home Depot samples I laminated on a heavy-duty laminater at my school.

The camera bag I purchased at WalMart and carries my S70 digital camera, my Elura 90 video camera, a wide-angle lens, batteries, and spare Digital tape. I just sling it across my shoulder to carry it.
I can even put my pressed pennies in the flap.

I'll be doing the LGMH for the first time this summer. I don't have anything clever planned but I was thinking of cutting them out and sticking them to the window from the inside.

I like the luggage tag ideas and the sign-in sheet on the door.


Don't tell Home Depot...but I have about 15 of them........

This is a great idea! I will do this on our May trip. When we stayed at the Poly 2 years ago, we saw a LGMH 2 doors down. I so wanted to leave a note saying "Hi! aesalsa from the DIS was here!"

I took the LGMH (I know it looks yellow in the pic), cut it out and secured in a self sealing luggage tag. Then I made labels with my name and address (in case it would get lost) and another label with my dis name. If y'all see me, stop and say "hello!"

We decorated our door with them and attached a large lime green piece of poster board to the door with a pen so people could leave messages. Last year I wore a lime green ribbon every day, sometimes on my bag, my shirt, my wrist, etc. Nobody said anything so I think I'll have to make the lgmh "zipper pull" for my bag to make it a little more obvious and we'll see what happens.

No ....lol....they are the free paint chips in the paint department. Disney paint or something. They are FREE!!!!
