How do you create the fonts that have pictures?

I was just wondering how/where do you get the fonts that are outlined with the inside being a picture of something. Such as the name MATT. The letters are outlined but the inside of the letter has pictures so when the word is spelled it creates a scene. (I may not be explaining that well.)


Is this a special software program that you use or did you get these fonts off the internet? I would love to have these fonts readily availbable so that I can create my own designs.

I have fonts that are hollow on the inside and know how to make the letters have colors but how do you get pictures in the letters?

Thanks for any help. Our trip is not until next summer but I want to start making some other shirts to practice on. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

You can do this with most any font that is wide enough for pictures to show through, but you do need a special program to make them like photoshop elements. There isn't a font out there that will do it for you. Hope that answers your question.
