Depends on what I'm having with them and what I'm in the mood for. Sometimes I'll bake them with bbq sauce on them, sometimes I'll coat them with flour and cook them in some oil with potatoes, sometimes I cook them in a pan and then simmer them in chicken broth (I had posted that last week on that other pork chop thread), and if it's decent out - I like to grill them but I do have a stovetop grill now that I can't wait to try them on.
The seasoning changes - sometimes just salt and pepper, sometimes I add garlic salt to that, sometimes I use another seasoning that I get, sometimes I use a jerk seasoning. Again - depends on my mood.
