How do you carry your tickets??

Just wanted to clarify, will my park tickets be on my room key if I am staying on site? Do I need to order through Disney to get this? For instance if I ordered through AAA would they just be paper tickets?

I read elsewhere on these boards that even if you do order your tickets from an outside source you should be able to have them applied to your room key. Not 100% certain if it is going to work but we will give it a try when we go in May. If you order your tickets through Disney they can definitely go on you room key.

We'll be purchasing the tickets from Disney on-line (cheaper) and then having them put on our room key along with some unused old waterpark tickets.

Well, that's the plan, anyway. If I am wrong about this, let me know!

I always order our tickets online a couple months before we go and they are not paper but plastic like the room keys. They usually have a park picture like the lights, motor action show in MGM or Expedition Everest from Animal Kingdom so that is how my kids pick their passes according to the picture. We never combine them with our room key and it works fine. Also I always keep the tickets in an empty small seperate wallet with a little plastic zip bag and I have never had a problem. They also say that change will demagnatize your passes so keep them away from everything. Oh and another little hint since now when you use your pass they make you place your finger on the machine to enter the parks, I usually take a sharpie and write the kids initals so when we give them out there is no confusion. Well I think I definately have OCD so sorry this explanation was sooo long. Have fun on vaca.:cheer2:
