How do you book Sci Fi dining at Hollywood studio?

I have been using Touring PLans and MouseDinning I got it through the latter about two weeks before the trip.

I was able to book reservations but for an off time, like 3pm

I got ours the second my reservations opened at 6:00am. They were gone shortly after that. Only 2 were available when I booked it.
