How do you book multiple rooms?

Getting ready for our trip in December of 2005, I am in charge of everything for 3 other families besides our own. In January I will be booking rooms for them at Pop (I will be offsite). I will need to book 3 rooms. Do I book a different room in a each of their names with 3 different CCs? They'd like to all be in the same building at least. I'm just so confused as to how to go about making the ressies .

We did this in August. We stayed at Pop and had 6 rooms. We went through Magical Gatherings, that way, all the reservations are "linked" together, but everyone pays for their own. All of the rooms were right next to each other, with the exception of mine, which was in the preferred building.

Thanks for the help. Did you have to call them? When I check the website, even though it states that you can book a Magical Gathering online, when I tried to book it wouldn't accept 10 people for a resort. Isn't there a way to book multiple rooms online and keep them linked? It just seems to me that if you state that you want to stay at a certain resort and put in how many people, the site should just automatically say something about multiple rooms. It seems logical to me, but .

Either call Disney or use a Disney specialist travel agent such as Dream Come True Vacations or Dreams Unlimited.

I would call. We did and still had some problems even though I actually talked to someone. Also, if you're not paying for all the rooms, everyone needs to call for themselves anyway, unless they're giving you their credit card numbers or something.

We always book two rooms at once; one for us and one for my parents. We request that the reservations be linked, but we give our credit card # for our part and my parents' # for theirs. They will get both parties' information, and send the confirmation letters to both our homes. We have even been able to apply our AAA rate to my parents' reservation, even though they are not AAA members, by booking them together. It's really not a difficult thing to do, and the CM's are more than helpful.
