How do you apply an Entertainment coupon for next year?

I'm looking for a rental car for next Feb and want to apply the priceless code with an EB coupon but this years' numbers expire. Can I apply the coupon later or will I have to book at a whole new rate? thanks

That's a good question - I have gotten that message before too - that my coupon will be expired before my travel dates. Does anyone know if you can apply the coupon to an existing reservation?

I have always just made a new reservation. With national, the rates seem to keep dropping as it gets closer to my travel dates, so rebooking is not usually a problem.
