How do you add a timer??

I've been trying for days to try to get my countdown to disney timer up and running and can't get it right. Can someone please please help me!!!

I can only tell you to follow the instructions HERE exactly as they say. I don't know how else to help you, I apologize. If you're still having problems, then visit the Tech Board for help. I'm sure they can get you going if you can't.
