I've just rung the number on the back of my Disney Club card, to buy an Premium Annual Pass. A relatively simple task you would think. Yeah right....
It was the wrong number, given right number! Ring right number, put on hold for 23 minutes 43 seconds (at goodness knows what International rate!!!!!), all to save $20 by using my Disney club card!!!!!
Very helpful (sorry about the sarcasm) cast member finally answers, but can't hear me, yet 23 minutes earlier the line was a clear as a bell when talking to the Dis Club cast member. So after a further 3 minutes of me shouting hello, can you hear me, I finally give up.
It wouldn't be so bad if you could find an e-mail address to use. Are Disney e-mail addresses some sort of secret? I'm loathe to ring again, and waste more money, but would like to complain to someone about the ticket line number I was given.
What should have been an exciting event (I always like buying the tickets, it makes me feel closer to going) has turned out to be extremely annoying.
Has anyone any good experiences of ringing for tickets?
Ian
