How do we get to PR, then MK and back to PR

We want to book Ohana's Lilo & Stitch breakfast at PR. Then spend the day in Magic Kingdom. Then go back to PR for the Spirit of Aloha dinner show.

If we are staying in either POP or CSR (undecided yet) - how do we get to PR and how long would it take in the morning?

I understand there's the monorail to travel between PR and MKP.

However I thought I read/heard about a boat ride between MPK and PR. How does that work? Where do we go for the boat? How long does it take? That might be a nice surprise for the kids to ride from MKP to PR when we go back there for the Spirit of Aloha dinner show.

To get from your resort to the Poly in the morning depends on how early you are going. If the buses to the MK are running, then take the bus there and then take the monorail or the boat to the Poly. The boat from the MK will stop at the Grand Floridian first and then stop at the Poly. It then goes back to the MK. The dock is back behind the Grand Ceremonial House at the Poly, behind and to the left of the main pool.
If you are going to the Poly before the buses, or don't want to take multiple trips, then you can take a taxi to the Poly from your resort. Then after the meal you can take the boat to the MK. The boat ride itself is about 10 minutes, maybe not even that long. On a nice day it is a lot of fun.

Thank you for the information!

We would want to be at Poly for breakfast for the first time-slot (hopefully).

How do I find out what time the buses start running? Is there a schedule somewhere? Are the times different depending at what resort you stay at? And season?

The buses to Magic Kingdom start at 6:30 am from every resort.

The resort monorail starts betwwen 6:30 and 7:00 am.

The first breakfast seating at most of the resorts is at 7:30 am.

So plenty of time to get to your breakfast
